Be sure to not set your work as a higher priority than your family. As I type this I have to laugh as I find joy in spending alone time writing and putting content together. I do have to remind myself daily to build in some alone time but not let work take over my free time. Be sure to not put your work in front of the people that are important in your life. Setting boundaries is key to success with this.
